NICET: POLICY 28. SEALS AND STAMPS

The use of any seal or stamp conveying the NICET name or mark on engineering documents or drawings prepared or checked by a NICET certificant is not authorized. The NICET logo, Certified Mark and Support Statement are trademarked properties of NICET. The NICET logo may not be reproduced, published, or publicly displayed without the permission of NICET.
The Certified Mark and Support Statement may be reproduced, published, and/or publicly displayed only in accordance with the guidelines set forth on the following web page: http://www.nicet.org/about/mark.htm. With the NICET Support Statement, employers can promote NICET certification and market their company's dedication to quality and technical competency. The support statement may be reproduced on web sites, company letterhead, promotional materials, and other printed matter. It is NOT acceptable to place the NICET-certified mark on company letterhead stationery, marketing materials, websites, etc., without the support statement. (Alone, the mark suggests that the company is NICET-certified.
Any NICET logo indicated on submitted drawing must be removed or modified to comply with NICET requirements in order to be able to accept these plans. All submittals shall not violate trademark/copyright laws.
We find consulations, we learn tricks with which we deceive ourselves, but the essential thing - the way - we do not find. Listen to the river.
